Preparation:
1. Knead a dough from flour, butter, sugar, egg and baking powder and press it into a 26 cm springform pan.
2. Cook pudding from milk and pudding powder, fold in apples and cinnamon and spread over the base.
3. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool down, whip the cream with the cream stiffener and spread it on top.
